General Store Policies:

  • Free shipping on orders that have a subtotal over $100

Ground - Shipping selected during checkout by the customer will be honored. Typical shipping transit times are 2-5 business days depending on location. Cost is calculated during checkout.

Free Shipping - Shipping on order subtotals over 100$ qualify for free shipping. When free shipping is applied to an order DecoExchange will select the shipping method at their discretion. Typical shipping transit times are 3-6 business days depending on location. Free shipping must be selected during checkout. When applying coupon/discount codes, you must have more than 100$ as your subtotal after the coupon is applied in order to receive free shipping.

International Shipping - Shipping selected during checkout by the customer will be honored when possible. Typical shipping transit times are 7-12 business days depending on location. Cost is calculated during checkout.

Fulfillment - Typical time frames for fulfillment are 5-7 business days which consists of Monday through Friday - periods of high order volume, holidays, or weekends, may increase the fulfillment time to 7-10 business days. A quicker shipping time estimate DOES NOT indicate a quicker fulfillment time. We will keep customers with outstanding orders updated via email.

Our Shipping Process:

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We only ship packages during the business week and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Decoexchange.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

You will be charged when your order is placed along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Return Policy

Unwanted Items:

To return items please contact info@damonoates.com or 337-378-0002 within 14 days of product delivery. Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer with an additional 15% restocking fee to be applied on the refund.

Damaged Items:

Please report damaged items to info@damonoates.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. Pending review the item cost will be refunded.

Missing Items:

Please report missing items to info@damonoates.com or 337-378-0002 with a photo of the packing slip within 7 days of delivery. Missing items will be replaced when possible or refunded if needed.

How to return an order:

  • Find your order number
    • If you have a DecoExchange.com account log in to your account and check your order History.
  • Contact info@damonoates.com for a return label
  • Print your return label
    • After you've contacted us, follow the email instructions to print your pre-paid return shipping label. When complete, you'll receive an email with tracking information and a copy of your return label just in case you need it.
  • Attach return label
    • Next, get your package ready to mail back to us. Add your items and tape your package securely. Make sure to remove or cover the original shipping label and attach your new return label to the package. You’re all set! Just schedule a pickup or drop off at any authorized facility for the designated carrier on your shipping label.
    • Return shipping labels are only available for orders shipping to the continental US. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed, and refunds will take an additional 1-3 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
