I would give 5 stars because I love everything I get from Deco Exchange but the 2-4 week delivery is a huge turn off. I really wish your turnaround time was sooner. Also I was given a discount code, could not use it for the live sale. Wrote to customer service, was told to forward the email...never heard back.
I really like you all, I train people on customer service and I tell our reps. Consider a complaint or concern a gift. The customer is giving you the opportunity to fix it. The ones that don't complain when dissatisfied move on and take their business elsewhere.
